Monica Ladd

Monica Ladd has over seventeen years of experience practicing immigration law exclusively. She earned her J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey in 2000 and received her Bachelor of Arts from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey in 1997. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2001 and the New Jersey State Bar in 2000 and is not licensed in North Carolina. She is an active member in the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Our Inspiration

Elena Castilla is the grandmother of Monica Ladd. Elena entered the United States on an immigrant visa in the 1960’s. Below is an article, published in a Colombian newspaper, wishing her well on her adventure. While she passed away in June 2012, her pioneer spirit continues to inspire us to help others fulfill their dreams of immigrating to the United States.
